Develop and maintain accurate service knowledge.

Qualification:
Graduate of BS Marketing Management, or any related course.
With at least 6mos. of working experience specializing in Customer Service & cold calling
Excellent Communications Skills (verbal & written)
Highly organized and able to multitask
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice General Services Translation / Localization, Food and Beverage, Services, Digital 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
