COMPANY PROFILE:
 
AHGS Next, Inc. primarily operates a Japanese-language call center. We currently have a team and we are planning to expand. To support this growth, we are looking for a BPO Manager Trainee who is passionate, experienced, and ready to take on a leadership role.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of staff to ensure smooth BPO operations.
Communicate and coordinate with Japanese management (your direct supervisor will be Japanese).
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships (clients are based in Japan and other English-speaking countries).
Ensure efficient workflow and productivity of the team.
Utilize Excel, google sheets, and other PC tolls for reporting and operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Holder
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
Strong leadership and communications skills.
Proficient in Microsoft excel, good sheets, and general PC applications.
Business -level English communications skills.
Excellent English Communication skills (spoken and writing)
Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple applications at the same time.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to comprehend, solution and act on presented customer concern or problem.
Amenability to work at night full time, shifting schedules, Philippines holidays
