Brief Summary:
 
We are hiring Office and Back Office Support Associates to assist in daily administrative and non-voice operations of our BPO office. This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals who prefer behind-the-scenes work and want a stable career in the BPO industry.
 
Job Responsibilities
Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support office operations
Encode, update, and maintain internal records and databases
Organize files, reports, and documents accurately
Assist departments with back-office and documentation requirements
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards
Qualifications
At least HS Graduate / SHS Graduate (college level is a plus)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Good typing and data entry skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Willing to work onsite in a BPO office
