Your day:
Data entry and maintenance of files
Coordination of administrative functions: Payroll, personnel, meetings, logistics tracking, and clerical duties
Monitoring purchasing, equipment, inventory, and facilities
Implementation of new programs, procedures, and systems
Conducting of fiscal reviews, surveys, and collection of administrative information
Prepare and keep confidential documents and reports
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Flexible
Night shift
Training is done in the Bacoor area in person, but once training is complete - you will be allowed to work from home 10% of the time. Please let us know if this works for you. We provide all equipment for a home office.
Supplemental pay types:
13th month salary
Team Lead: 1 Year (Required)
