About the Role
The position's goal is to ensure that the day-to-day financial task is done with high accuracy, up to standards, and in compliance with the process procedures. The role is also expected to provide technical support to the Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sending invoices to the clients via Xero and monitoring payment through Xero and Airwallex.
In charge of recording employees in the Master Costing Spreadsheet, Staff Deposits file.
Preparing monthly staffing invoices every 9th-11th of the month, submitting the file for checking every 11th-12th of the month and sending out the invoice every 13th of the month.
In charge of creating and monitoring requests for quotations from coming for the Client Experience Team.
Recording and monitoring client cost via Excel for the monthly invoicing.
Compiling receipts/records for future references.
Processing payment for the different marketplace, food, equipment suppliers and the like.
Reporting, issuance, and replenishment of petty cash.
Reviewing the data provided by the Experience Team and processing salary payments for contractors and interns every cut-off, monthly Staff logs for invoicing to clients.
Monthly review of data from the employee experience team for the internet and/or phone allowance.
Processing of payment for employee bonus, internet, and/ or phone allowances.
Processing of medical reimbursement from the HR Assistant.
Diarising payment for the CEO and meeting him to discuss the payments needed to complete transactions.
Following up and chasing up outstanding debtors.
Reconciliation of client's payments via Xero and Airwallex.
About You
You have high attention to detail and can work tightly with deadlines. You are reliable and can work with minimum supervision. As the only Bookkeeper in the team, you should be reliable and work with high integrity.
Position Requirements:
Must have experience in Xero and bookkeeping practice.
Must have Intermediate skills in MS Excel.
Must have high attention to detail and be process-oriented.
Must be organised and a critical thinker.
Commercial experience within fast-moving environments where high efficiency and effectiveness are important and essential.
Shift Time
6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Manila Time, Monday to Friday.
