1. To process invoicing and accounts receivable.
2. To maintain account payables.
3. To carry out banking activities
4. To process payroll
5. To prepare monthly accounts
6. To complete compliance, reporting and clerical duties
Qualifications
Essential:
Minimum of 2 year experience in similar role
Very good written and oral English communication
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Xero certified advisor
High attention to details
Experience working with global clients is a MUST
Required:
BPO experience
Xero certified
Experience with accounting software - Receipt Bank, Hubdoc
Experience with working remotely for offshore clients
Experience in managing multiple global clients is preferred
Place of residence should not be more than 3 hrs travel from Metro Manila
Should maintain and keep an internet speed of 10 mbps
