You will use a digital accounting platform to sort and categorize receipts and other client-uploaded documents, and work with a software to prepare the books accurately and efficiently.
You will record and classify the day-to-day financial transactions of the clients.
You will be responsible for maintaining and balancing the client's general ledger.
You will be responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date financial information to the clients.
Minimum Qualification
Must have a Bachelor's/ College degree in finance, accountancy, management, or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient with technology and have experience working with accounting software.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Receipt Bank and QuickBooks Online would be an advantage.
Must be excellent at multi-tasking and can manage time well.
Must be thorough, accurate, and have a good track record of getting things done on time.
Must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule
