Role:
1.      Provide outstanding customer service and support by resolving phone/chat/email inquiries regarding our products from customers and guide them to complete the booking online smoothly.
2.      Enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty through the delivery of accurate and timely information.
3.      Responsible for processing orders from different platforms.
4.      Resolve all the issues occurred before/during/after the booking.
5.      Closely communicate with our partners together to better serve the customers.
6.      Other duties as assigned.
 
Requirements:
1.      Outstanding spoken and written English skills are a critical requirement
2.      Ability to work in a fast pace atmosphere, highly organized and detailed with the ability to keep composure when handling multi-task at once.
3.      Consistently demonstrates the ability to meet or exceed individual goals and objectives.
4.      Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
5.      General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office.
6.      Flexibility to work overtime based on the business need.
7.      Must be willing to work full time hours (9 working hours a day, 2 days off per week but the off days are not fixed to be weekends) and shift work on weekends and holidays. Work at home.
