Accounts Payable/Receivable related experience
With 6 months call center experience
1 year collections or financial work background
Amenable to work onsite
Job Responsibilities:
Update accounting records, customer information.
Handle billing exceptions and explain company policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues as applicable
Understand and maintain systems used on a daily basis
