Accounts Receivable Analyst/Biller
JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
reviews and checks SO attachments with invoices if complete and accurate
scanning, printing, and sending of soft copies and required attachments of invoices to customers
schedules invoice dispatch
monitors invoice receipts and updates trackers
manages the filing of hardcopies of invoices and attachments
disapatches invoices as necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must be willing to work on a 6 months Project Base employment with absorbtion depending on performance
Proficient in excel or netsuite
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Finance/Accountancy/Banking
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in BGC,Taguig (onsite as needed)
Preferably someone who can start ASAP
