We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Billing & AP Analyst. In this role, you will process electricity, gas, and LPG invoices, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity across systems. You will play a key part in supporting smooth daily operations, resolving billing discrepancies, and contributing to overall performance goals. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your administrative and accounts experience within the energy and utilities sector.
Process a high volume of electricity, gas, and LPG invoices in the company platform with precision and speed.
Respond to internal queries in a timely and professional manner to support seamless operations.
Maintain in-house systems and customer documentation, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
Take accountability for the quality and daily performance of all tasks, meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Ensure accurate bill entry and proactively resolve any errors in the data.
Submit daily reports on completed invoices to track progress and performance.
Identify and escalate issues to senior team members or managers for resolution when necessary.
Requirements
Professional qualification certification or equivalent experience in data entry or related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in accounts payable or similar data entry roles is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within the team.
Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness to problem-solve efficiently.
Results and goal-oriented mindset.
Impeccable attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Experience in the electricity, gas, and utilities industries is a plus.
