This doesn't happen without our awesome people! We are looking for a Payments Solutions Supervisor to join our growing business! What's on the menu for you? Leads on resolving financial concerns especially on vendor billing and payments based on agreed SLAs You will be empowered to manage payments solutions analysts and associates in addressing vendor concerns. Coordinates to vendors by attending weekly or monthly meetings with them Performs reconciliation and adjustments on reconcilable billing items on a weekly basis. Monitors team members' performance provides regular feedback. Regular consultation with Payments Solutions Lead with regards team outputs and deliverables Regular checking, validating, and provision of insights for post-con document submission of reports from and to vendors Perform other related duties as assigned What do you bring to the table? Graduate of a degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or equivalent With 4-5 years of banking, reconciliation, billing, and/or payments processing experience Strong MS Excel skills (Lookups, Pivots, Generation of graphs and charts) Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and personal set of values Knows how to tell a story using billing and payments data Knowledge on SQL and Data Visualization tools is an advantage Desire to innovate and disrupt the quick service restaurant industry by joining a fast-growing organization Willingness to work with an agile team What we have for you: We have a steep learning curve and because of that, not a day is boring here!
