Responsibilities
As a Billing/Collections agent, you are responsible for calling past-due customers to collect payments.
Make 170 outbound calls through a softphone Dialer.
You will have access to manage aging reports on 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 60 +, and 90 + past due accounts.
Target all customers to have current status on their bill.
Process payments and add any necessary late fees to an account.
Collection target of $500 daily.
At least 1-year of relevant experience as B&C agent/representative voice support in a BPO setting is required.
Ability to learn and navigate Billing/Accounting software and CRM.
Excellent customer service and phone skills.
Ability to negotiate financial solutions for customers who may need payment assistance.
Positive and solutions-focused attitude.
Willing to work on the night shift, 100% work from home.
Willing to use personal work from home equipment (laptop or desktop)
Willing to invest in a noise-canceling headset.
Must have at least 15MBps internet speed.
