Investigation on Billing and Invoice Errors, resolution of issues and/or distribution to appropriate action party/s where needed. This role is also expected to assist the company in further increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Processes and System/s through involvement in identification & implementation of improvements. Other tasks which may be assigned by his/her Supervisor/Manager.
