The Billing Analyst is responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of all necessary billing cycle activities to deliver accurate and effective billing information for clients in North America. In addition to the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of all necessary billing cycle activities, the responsibilities of this position include assisting with the monthly invoice process and ensure all necessary documentation, including contracts, addendums, service changes, price schedules are received for new customers and changes to existing customers. Will support the monthly reporting of billed revenue to the Revenue Accounting Group and audit billing invoices to ensure accuracy. Will provide reports as requested and establish and maintain a good working relationship with internal clients. This individual will also be responsible for reviewing and approval for all billing cycles; investigates and resolves billing operations issues in billing process. This position requires the ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic work environment. The individual will work closely with Accounts Receivable to resolve collections issues and will perform month-end billing cycle information and ad hoc reporting.
