As ANZ Benefits Specialist you will support the Benefits Lead on the delivery of all benefits initiatives and enhancements and actively provide data insights designed to improve the employee experience. Together you will ensure that Macquarie remains competitive in their offerings by identifying, measuring, and reviewing our benefit offering.
In this role you need to be resourceful and have strong research skills as you will assist with the review and collation of market data to help understand trends and themes in emerging benefits/leave policies that will shape the Benefits strategy for the Australian and New Zealand region. You will contribute to the preparation of market insights and help determine best way to share and present these to HR community and leadership. Reporting and Analysis is a key responsibility of the role, and this includes keeping track of our market benchmarking spreadsheet, review of employee surveys and deep analysis of data from our Workforce Insights Dashboards that help determine and assess benefit enhancements. To be successful you should have the ability to develop financial models and costing spreadsheets coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You also will support the Benefits Lead with tasks associated with Supplier Governance process and our centralised governance framework.
