You'd be helping the company with providing great customer service and achieving its goal. In short, you will practice your expertise while doing what you love.
Core Responsibilities:
Loan processing and assistance
Back-office completion of tasks for loan process movement to approval
Requirements:
At least 6 months of relevant experience is a plus
Experience in back-office work is preferred
Able to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) in English
Critical and Structured problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and switch from task to task as priorities change in requirements
Can work independently with a focus on details and accuracy
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
Knowledge in using Microsoft Programs
Strong understanding of GSuite, Excel, and SFDC reporting
Must be amenable in working shifting schedules
