JOB OBJECTIVE
Perform back end and administrative tasks to assist clients both actively and pro-actively.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
·        Utilize client’s proprietary software to perform back-end and administrative tasks in order to fulfill client concerns and requests.
·        Provide email and chat support to resolve customer issues and requests as necessary.
·        Process client concerns or requests communicated through the dedicated voicemail for concierge.
·        Will perform some basic designing using Photoshop, HTML, and CSS. 
 
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
·        Bachelors/College Degree in any field; IT-related course is preferred.
·        Must have at least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry handling an international account.
·        Knowledge in HTML, CSS, and Photoshop is a huge plus.
·        Must have good writing and speaking skills in English.
·        Willing to work night shifts.
