Review providers notes
Send reminders email via e-mail and SMS.
Maintain accurate records on providers interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
Making outbound calls to insurance company to follow-up on client status.
Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience
Experience handling Pre-Authorization is a PLUS, not required
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
