Process and manage service authorizations in a timely and accurate manner
Communicate with insurance providers, internal teams, and other stakeholders as needed
Ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted correctly
Help maintain compliance with payer requirements and organizational standards
Support continuous improvement of authorization workflows
Requirements:
At least 6 months BPO experience in a Healthcare Account
Authorizations experience is a PLUS, not required
Good verbal and written English skills
With good attention to details
Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shifts
