Supports & Creates of content in B2B
Platforms using Content Management System(s) incl.
Translations Support in Testing Activities within Versioning & Rollouts.
First level support for regional requests related to standard features & functionalities of B2B Platform(s) supported by local IT Experts Operational Support & Maintenance incl. User & Rights Management
Support of Region with Trainings, Know how Transfer and local workshops Support in KPI Tracking & Web Analytics
Qualifications
English on a level B2
Experiences with B2B Commerce systems (e.g. Hybris, Magento, others) SAP ERP processes know how is a plus.
Experience in media asset management, CMS and CRM Systems is a plus.
Demonstrated abilities to handle multiple concurrent requests effectively with varying tasks and priorities
Interest to learn new processes of all integrated relevant touchpoints of B2B eCommerce Portal
