AUDIT & TAX ASSOCIATE
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Participate in the audit of various clients. Contribute to the effort that leads to the high quality preparation of working papers and audit report.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze and review various accounting activities of the clients. Monitor timely completion of audit. Research rules or statutes which may affect the subject matter of the audit. Conduct tax compliance audit. Review audit report and working papers for accuracy. Responsible for the preparation of audit findings and deficiencies. Monitor and comply wth tax deadlines. Help in the preparation of Audit & Tax seminar materials. Updates clients about the developments in the industry. Compile and edit materials necessary for completion of audit report. Prepare and handle tax protests. Perform miscellaneous duties
REQUIREMENTS:Graduate of Accounting from a reputable university preferably a Certified Public Accountant. With or without audit experience. With above average grades in College.With excellent character and working habits.Patient and must love numbers.Well-versed in Microsoft Office and accounting software i.e. Quickbook etc.
