Job Overview:
The Associate Total Rewards Specialist is a key resource for the company's global salary administration, short-term, and long-term incentive programs. This position will work closely with the human resources and Business lines/Functions to support their business needs through reviewing existing salary structures; providing analytical support for current compensation policies; as well as reviewing benchmark market information.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Supports salary administration programs, including annual merit review process and short-term/long-term incentive programs.
Partners with Corporate Finance to ensure that all incentive plans are budgeted and accrued appropriately.
Reviews the salary structures to remain current through review of relevant benchmark information.
Gather market data to support HR & business leaders in making informed compensation-related decisions.
Support in preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
Monitors and audits pay practices to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
Demonstrates ability to handle highest level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills (v-lookup and pivot tables) preferred.
Good interpersonal and relational skills.
Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity.
Attention to detail.
Self-starter with desire to learn.
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
0-2 years experience in compensation, benefits, or other related HR disciplines preferred
