Responsibilities
· Assist Global Product Specialists with projects that can last from a few weeks to a few months
· Customize the product according to plan, within the pre-defined time frame, workload, and specifications
· Implement client projects locally by recreating their specific environment (from both a core product and customisation perspective)
· Work closely with Product Specialist in client-facing regions to respond to client requests
· Follow best practices for different types of implementation
· Ensure highest quality of deliverables
· Proactively monitor and report project status to Project Manager and Team Lead
Job Requirements
· A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent - Computer Science, IT, or Engineering are preferred
· Superior client service attitude and skills
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent presentation skills, written and oral communication skills, and solid organizational skills a required
· Superior proficiency/skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Background knowledge in programming or data management. Demonstrates critical thinking ability and a willingness to learn new technologies is critical
· Background with Microsoft SQL Server and Transact SQL a plus
· Desire to work shifts: 6:00am - 3:00pm / 3:00pm - 12:00am
