About the opportunity
This role will be part of our client delivery team in Philippines, providing payroll processing and support to our HR outsourcing clients.
Involved in the full cycle of payroll processing such as undertaking payroll calculation, performing payroll reconciliation, preparing payroll accounting, general ledger, and reports, etc. Other responsibilities include managing a team of Payroll Specialists, monitoring the processing checklist and calendars, maintaining precise documentation, providing data / report for respective statutory filing within the stipulated deadlines, as well as creating and executing continuous improvement to increase accuracy and efficiency, coaching, and managing performance, leading governance calls with clients among others.

Act as a trusted advisor to Team Members on Statutory Requirements and Benefits.
Analyse processes practiced, provide suggestions for, and execute improvement of the processes.
Analyses processes and work with various teams to streamline workflow and increase productivity.
Manages a high-performance team with a positive workplace culture through personalized leadership and relationship development.
Develops strong relationship / rapport with team members, becoming their trusted advisor.
Promote skills development, performance, and career management of Team Members against Key Performance Indicator
Develops team member performance plans and conducts periodic and annual reviews.
Develops team member training program with Manager and Learning & Performance Team
Monitors statutory submission monthly, or as and when required based on local legislation.
Manages delivery of monthly reporting against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), as well as reporting to clients during regular governance calls
Monitors closely any statutory compliance updates / changes and ensures compliance.
Monitors and ensure compliance to Year-end Tax Filing
Skills and experiences we value
College Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting / taxation or related discipline
Minimum 5 years working experience in high volume payroll processing with minimum one-year supervisory level working experience in payroll processing or experience in administration of benefits.
Required skill(s): Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint
Required language(s): English, Filipino
Proficient in MS Office specifically Excel
Excellent knowledge in Payroll System, HRIS and Statutory Benefits
Basic knowledge in accounting

Excellent leadership skills and team management
Sound logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
