PRODUCTION & DELIVERY SUPERVISOR
 
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primarily responsible in monitoring and supervising of the day-to-day operations, manpower handling, producing and delivery of the product, and sales and marketing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in maintaining customers and attending customers inquiries and orders
Strong understanding of production processes, including manufacturing techniques, quality control, efficiency improvement strategies and manpower management.
Proficient knowledge of logistics and supply chain management concepts, distribution of products, and ability to optimize delivery routes.
Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team of production and delivery personnel to accomplish quality output and feedback. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, the management, and other departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address production and delivery issues promptly. Ability to make informed decisions quickly while considering various factors such as cost, quality, timelines and manpower.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using project management tools and technology to track production and delivery routes and schedules.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a production environment to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and environmental regulations.
Knowledge in HR regulations, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees. Initiating and coordinating to implement the company policies and operational procedures and systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineer courses or Business Management courses or any related field that is relevant to the industry.
Must have at least 3-5 years work experience in logistics, manufacturing industry, production and delivery operations and sales and marketing is highly preferred.
Computer literate (Microsoft word and excel).
Good communication skills both oral and written
Has strong sense of urgency and can do multitasking
Must be physically fit and strong stamina for standing long hours that may require
Willing to work on shift schedule, weekends, holidays and on day-offs if necessary
Willing to take responsibility and strong interpersonal skills
Patience, honest and trustworthy
Can work extended hours
Can start ASAP
