RESPONSIBILITIES:
Major responsibility will be focusing on claiming tasks such as periodic review of accounts that are relates to reviewing, researching and all other necessary steps to cleared the open receivables.
Associate will also process missed ACOP that will be forwarded by sales team, work on HP SN audits and manage the HP COG mailbox.
The associate is currently managing serialized vendors, HPI (Volume: 2,405,291 claims/annum) and HPE (Volume: 650,282 claims/annum)
Qualifications and other Requirements:
Work experience of 2 to 3 years in AR or general accounting
Preferably graduate of any Finance/Accounting related course of at least 4-year degree
Experience in accounts reconciliation and financial reporting
Strong presentation and communications skills
Knowledge and skill using a large ERP financial system (e.g. PeopleSoft, SAP, etc)
Capable to work from home temporarily (Hybrid on April)
Willing to work on permanent night shift
