Responsibilities:
Apply other incoming payments by customers (checks, credit cards.)
Regular check and support the Reconciliation of cash accounts by resolving or escalating discrepancies
Download bank statements with received payments by customers daily
Apply all incoming bank transfers by customers to the appropriate customer accounts daily
Assure all payments are allocated within the working day on the correct accounts
Actively resolve allocation issues
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (Management Accounting, Business/Financial Management, or any related course)
1-2 years minimum experience in Accounts Receivables function or general accounting background
Role is for day shift
Candidates must have a stable internet connection to support a temporary work-from-home set up
Hybrid set-up starting April 2022
