As an Associate Engineer, Technical Services, you will: Provide technical support in English (all channels) for all Comfort Control (White-Rodgers) clients and other internal Copeland teams using the then-current tools available to the support organization. Document all customer inquiries in Salesforce. Provide appropriate solutions to all client inquiries. Build new solutions where and when necessary, and recommend changes to existing solutions. Review knowledge base solutions to ensure the overall quality of our knowledge base and online support capabilities. Develop proficiency in all Comfort Control (White-Rodgers) products from a technical perspective. Perform release testing of client scenarios before a new Comfort Control (White-Rodgers) product release. Who You Are: You are an adaptable person who is skilled at technical analysis and quick to absorb new knowledge. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and provide high-quality service. You have a heart for customer service and consistently strive to deliver appropriate assistance to clients in need. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment. Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related courses. 3 years of intensive field experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) is a plus. Average to above average electrical and mechanical engineering background. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide advice to non-technically aware customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other business systems and tools. Willingness to work on shifting operations to support the assigned business and customers.
