OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE: Provide computerised business applications, end user technical support, user training, problem escalation to achieve business objectives. YOUR TASKS Provide technical support and resolve problems on core application with ITS Cyberjaya and local IT and /or functional support teams Conduct business requirement gathering, documentation and analysis for new solution requirements or change requests Participate in customer solution related discussions and provide technical inputs to meet customer needs Provide support to user acceptance testing, user training and end user support on assigned projects Coordinate and escalate issues/requests towards stakeholders, ITS Cyberjaya or vendors Apply programming skills on web, client, mobile programming using any of the programming languages proficiently (Java, Python, PHP, C# or VBA) Perform Troubleshooting of local system bugs and apply fixes Manage and monitor existing system interfaces with 3rd parties Handle and maintain local application EOSL, RTP, system upgrades or change request activities Generation/creation of report and data file processing on Mircosoft products such as SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI/Apps/Automate, etc. Handles local systems configurations and administration including user access management for both EGAP and local applications Perform daily monitoring 1st level trouble shooting for any integration/data issues Asset management for devices used in applications such as mobile devices, printers and image scanners.
