ASSISTANT SUPPORT MANAGER
 
Responsibilities:
Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
Monitoring phone calls and chats of agents and providing feedback on ways to improve the customer experience
Providing leadership and direction to all employees.
Measuring agent and team KPI's
Preparing and presenting employee reviews.
Organizing employee schedules.
Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission.
Working closely with the developers, and store manager to lead staff.
Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
Assisting customers whenever necessary.
Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
Completing tasks assigned by the Business team accurately and efficiently.
Minimum Requirements:
Prior technical support experience required
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience specifically from BPO or Software Development industries
Knowledge of Software as a service (or SaaS) applications and experience with Jira or other support ticketing systems is required
Excellent Communication - English - verbal and written communication
Positive attitude, exemplary work ethic, and reliable team member
Detail-oriented and high organizational skills with the ability to manage many different responsibilities
A positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to maintain composure and work efficiently in time-sensitive situations is a necessity
Availability must be 7 days per week (2 days rest day). The schedule is flexible based on the needs of the business, but the majority is an overnight shift
