Why this Role Exists
The primary role of the Assistant Relations Specialist is to work closely with the dedicated assistants to ensure a successful user experience. This includes initial onboarding, post onboarding follow-ups, developing rapport with assistants, serving as the assistant advocate, and providing continued support that will improve the assistant's relationship with Magic and their client.
The impact you'll make:
Facilitates the assistant introduction to the company and company policies
Performs weekly check-ins with assistants to ensure happiness and address any questions they may have
Handles assistant escalation phone calls as needed
Create actions to address assistant needs
Implement new product initiatives that enhance existing relationships and improve the overall assistant experience.
Serve as assistant advocate internally by effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams including hiring, client relations, product, sales, and engineering.
Replace assistants as needed for our current clients by working with the client and the assistant matching team
Consult with mid and senior-level management on trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Creates, manages, and assesses the effectiveness of special programs and wellness of the assistant roster
Manages assistant offboarding in conjunction with the appropriate teams.

Requirements
Experience required - at least 1 year of experience in customer service specializing in customer or client facing, and handling client concerns face to face or over the phone.
Experience in handling a team and subject matter expertise.
Problem-solving skills around technical, product, and accounting-related questions (Zendesk experience is a plus).
Strong competency in spreadsheets and presentation software.
Education required: Bachelor's Degree in any field
Willing to work on a night shift
