Must be a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.

Job Description:
Manage team performance, provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates, provide support in escalated situations, oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
Ensure policies, procedure and government mandatory practices are in place. Ensures all office permits and licenses are registered and renewed on time.
Reminds and safe-keeps important documents of the company including the contracts of nationwide offices and warehouses, organizes a filing system for important and confidential documents.
Travel Management including flights, accommodation, Visas and Itineraries.
Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining asset and IT infrastructure.
Set in place an efficient inventory management system and oversees related activities from acquisition to disposal assets.
Manage supplier and business partner relation ensuring fulfilment of contract obligations, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts and on-time settlement of dues.
Check and review office billings, Electricity, telephone, rental.
Develop office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
Ensures security and safety of all employees and facilities.
Prepare and makes correspondence, memo etc.
Overseeing special project and tracking progress toward company goals.
Facilitates employee's general assembly and company events.
Developing, reviewing and improving the administrative system, policies and procedures.
