Job purpose
This is an Operational Data Management and Analytics role. This role will oversee collecting, consolidating and analyzing data from TMF Operational management systems in order to identify and define opportunity areas within TMF APAC Delivery processes across the region.
Daily, this role will be constantly monitoring processes through dashboards, data sets and KPIs to identify process variability, abnormal behaviors, bottlenecks, waste, etc.
Also, this person will govern the diagnosis and definition of problems derived from root cause analysis and, subsequently to trigger Continuous Improvement actions through the OPEX managers. In General, this person will lead and coordinate the Governance System around data driven process improvement overall.
The role reports to the APAC Opex Director with a dotted line to the Australasia MD.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides analytical support to drive operational excellence and identify opportunities in areas such as Payroll Services, Accounting Services and Corporate Secretarial Services
Provides analytical support for the regional operations, designing and building data sets, KPIs and visualizations
Collaborates with respective Operational Excellence (OPEX) managers and Heads of Department (HoDs) to provide the necessary intelligence to support daily operations
Delivers standard KPI reports to support Efficiency, Productivity, Quality, Talent Engagement and Customer Experience management
Perform Trend and time series analysis
Perform distribution and variability analysis
Coordinates with Subject Matter Experts to define root causes
Co-ordinating with Local finance and other members of the organization in assessing, tracking and reporting the financial benefit of a Performance Excellence project.
Job specific requirements:
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills for measurement reporting and financial analysis
Bachelor's degree holder in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, statistics or alike
Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Advanced VBA, Excel and Power Point)
Programming Languages such as Python (e.g. Pandas, Matplotlib, SciKit Learn, etc.)
At least 4 year(s) working experience in business process improvement or operational excellence related works.
Data visualization experience using Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft BI or alike
Fluent English skills (Written and Oral)
