• Manage a team of travel counselors
• Implement customer engagement and strategic relationship management with key skills on communication effectiveness
• Manage multiple projects driven by customers and Organization
• Collaborate with Internal and External cross functional/ teams
• Responsible for problem solving, designing solutions for ambiguous situations
Essential Functions
Evaluates current processes and recommend improvements to gain efficiencies.
Provides strategic direction to area of business for critical business decisions
Initiates and leads standardization, improvement, re-engineering / cost effectiveness initiatives
Identifies and implements revenue generation opportunities
Works in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation & define the business requirements
Leads change management efforts and share best practices with team and build diverse talent
Delivers high quality standards across the processes and projects
Adheres to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norms
Demonstrates analytical capabilities, problem solving, ambiguity management, multi tasking abilities in-addition to drive results and collaborating & relationship building skills.

Proficiency in GDS (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, etc.)
Process Specific Skills
The candidate should have a basic understanding of travel industry terms

Willing to work in 24 x 7 atmosphere
