Education / Training / Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a business-related course; At least one year experience in related field is required

Scope
 
Operations Manager is responsible in overseeing, designing, controlling the process of operations and redesigning business operations in relation to all branches of The Burger Joint. It involves the responsibility of meeting and exceeding targets set, ensuring that overall business operations is smooth and efficient while using as few resources as needed, and effective in terms of meeting management, stock level and customer requirements.
 
Primary Responsibilities
 
Sales
Analyze, understand and monitor sales performance of all branches.
Set targets / quotas for stores.
Summarizing and analysis of POS entries (sales and stock levels)
Developing selling strategies to push specific needs
Ability to forecast inventory requirements for each location
Develop ordering protocols to optimize store stock levels to increase sales
Operations
Responsible for the setup and management of new branches
Create and implement an operations manual
Observe and recommend additions/ changes to operation policies
Conduct periodic visitations to store in-order to counter check areas
Analyze success of execution of promos & markdowns (giving recommendations as well for further sales and maximizing of duration)
Developing strategies and suggestions to increase performance
Serve as the point person for all AFF action points concerning operations
Follow through of any mall admin concerns that need to be attended to
HR
Monitor customer service skills of staff
Coach and encourage staff to their highest potential
Evaluate staff performance
Marketing
Share and give feedback regarding any Marketing promotions
