CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least High School / Senior High School Diploma, College Undergraduate, College Graduate is a plus
With at least 1 year CSR / relevant work experience
Requires to WORK ON-SITE (I.T. Park / Cebu Business Park)
Amenable to work in any shifting schedules
Average to excellent communication skills
Can start ASAP!!!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
