Urgently hiring for one of our direct clients in the Philippines.Job Title: Assistant Manager - Operations (With Annuity/Life Insurance Exp)Location: Metro ManilaWork Mode: Onsite & Night ShiftResponsibilities:A key member responsible for training & developing a team of 10 15 team members to facilitate achievement of SLA
Take end to end responsibility of the process
There is also a key interface between AMs and team members to facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency
Successfully handle a team of 10-15 FTEs
Process training for new recruits
Ensure service delivery parameters are met
Feedback on errors in a timely manner
On time quality checks and error analysis
Query handling Respond to process related queries by the team and identify training needs
Ensure accurate and timely reports are sent to the DM on time
Drive various process improvement ideas to improve efficiency/productivity
Build domain knowledge by getting process trained and accredited
50% productive within 6 months from the date of joining the process
Drive ISMS/ISO policy awareness within the team and maintain necessary documents
Handle all the team related activities in the absence of DM
Should be able to handle process migration through remote/onsite trainingRequired:Preferred experience in Annuities, Life insurance, Group pension
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor's degree holder
Knowledge of Life insurance/Annuity /Group pension products is desired
Supervisory Experience and at least 2 years' experience
Problem solving Good logical, analytical and problem-solving abilities
