MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Customer Onboarding and Data Maintenance
Responsible for ensuring complete customer creation and update in the system
Partners with BDM in engaging with customers to secure relevant information/documents needed to maintain and update customer records (across all platforms SAP, Bizagi, Salesforce, etc)
Liaises with BD and Legal to ensure all contracts are in place and updated for customers
Order to Cash Process/ Operations
Pricing/ PRP - Supports the BDM in maintaining the correct pricing of SKUs in the system
Purchase Order tracking - Liaises with Order Processing and BDM to ensure orders are captured promptly and correctly, giving pro-active feedback to stakeholders on any pending
Claims - Engages with customer to ensure claims have complete documents and are processed on time
AR - Liaises with Finance and AR team to ensure collection is done promptly by regularly engaging with customers on payment due as well as payments made
NPD
Consolidates, Drives & follows up on execution of key innovation projects
Works with BDM and NPD team in ensuring prompt document collection for all projects
Tracks Innovation Success KPIs (On time delivery of project, In-market execution, Actual vs Business Case numbers, etc)
Volume Forecast & Delivery
Consolidates and holds visibility of Volume plan, forecast per customer/ market and drives delivery of volume forecasts
Business Partnering and Reports
Tracks in market activities / execution and provides relevant reports on Distribution, Sales by Channel
Tracks agreed customer spends as per agreed budget and gives feedback on gap
Works with the BD team and Global CD Operations team to provide relevant support and information as deemed important by the vertical or business unit
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in Unilever /FMCG industry in operational Key Account/Distributor Management, Customer Service
Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond to multiple key market specific characteristics
Ability and drive to work independently and work with multiple cross-functional teams - both F2F and virtually
Strong process understanding and execution capabilities
Ability to influence senior stakeholders
