The position is responsible in providing assistance to the RAM Operational Optimization Supervisor in coming up with ways to optimize the internal processes of operations.
Formulates Asset Management Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines for the Power Generation Business Unit
Cascades Asset Management policies and procedures to relevant departments and other support group teams
Conducts regular audit to ensure that the relevant departments comply with policies and procedures
Ensures a regular review is done to continuously improve or update the policies and procedures as necessary
Establishes a robust asset management system such as Asset Condition Assessment (ACA), Failure Mode, Effects, Critical Assessment (FMECA), Engineering Management Of Change (EMOC) to support the policies and procedures
Ensures that the internal costs in operation and maintenance are managed and optimized. This costs include fuel, lubes, station service, parts, and others that affect the O&M costs
Ensures that the commercial contracts are optimized in accordance to our O&M needs. Such contract may include PSA, ASPA, and other contracts of O&M either costs or sales
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
At least 5 yeas of experience in a process plant position preferrably power generation or petrochemical/industrial gas production/refining
Experience in preventive, predective, and condition-based maintenance practices
Experience in analyzing plant/facility financial performance requirements against operations, maintenance and repair costs
Associate / Supervisor Architecture and Engineering Oil / Energy / Solar / Greentech 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
