AREA OPERATIONS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operational aspects including distribution, finance/accounting, logistics and manpower.
Locates areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities for the employees and business unit
Provides training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel.
Manages budget and allocate funds appropriately.
Monitors staff performance levels, provides feedback on and helps identify improvement opportunities.
Meet or exceed established KPIs; remain accountable for products.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
College graduate, preferably with a degree in business and marketing related course
Operations management background preferably in a distribution industry is an advantage (3 - 4-year experience)
Background: Budget Management, Finance/Accounting Management
Skills & Abilities: Inventory Management, Fleet Management, Accounting & Finance
Reports and presentations skills
Analytical and data analysis skills
