Rate: $3 - $4/hr and earn 40,000 PHP +/month.
Schedule: Mon-Friday, 10am to 7pm Central time zone, 1 hour unpaid lunch breaks, 2x 15 minute paid breaks
 
Qualifications:
Needs to have stable internet connection and a reliable laptop or computer
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
Organized and has good time management skills
Able to follow instructions well
Great problem solving skills
Resourceful and intuitive
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services and gather information.
Qualify leads by asking targeted questions and assessing their needs.
Schedule appointments for the sales team based on availability and client preferences.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointment schedules in CRM software.
Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from appointment setting to sales meetings.
