We are a Singapore-based company with an office in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.  We have been a premier player in the Health IT industry in Singapore for more than a decade.  We are hiring additional Applications Support Specialist to join our team.
Global Resource Communications Inc. (Philippines) is a branch office, a sister company of Global Mobility Lab, with its headquarters in Singapore. Job Responsibilities:    
The candidate will be responsible for Application Support to End-Users, meeting the SLA (Service Level Agreement) of the Company. Some of duties of the position are:
Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer
Meticulously, document incidents in required Ticketing & Tracking and Systems
Keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved
Is involved in any additional follow up, testing, troubleshooting and assembling evidence of the resolved problem
Is able to handle high volume of issues, proceed with tact in dealing with some challenging issues, independently
Is responsible for appropriate referral to other support engineers and quality assurance areas
Will be required to continue to learn and develop application knowledge in specific product suites
Assists in testing of new versions of application, verifying compatibility, reporting any anomalies to development and QA team
Manages workload effectively following Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and contributing refinements to the support processes, ensuring efficient and successful completion of tasks for the team
Contributes information to the Support Knowledge Base and write/update SOP
Provides accurate accounting of work, incidence resolution and time allocation
Participates in special projects, as required, for further development and growth
Be comfortable supporting customers through phone, chat and email
Requirements & Experiences:  
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer or Information Technology or much equivalent work experiences
2-year Hands-on experience with software application support
Clear written documentation and verbal communications skills
Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting role
Excellent conceptual and critical thinking capabilities
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Experience with Linux, Windows and Unix systems
Experience or exposure to Healthcare delivery, terminologies of laboratory & radiology, roster / scheduling, preferred
Amplitude in understanding feature-rich enterprise systems
Some experience with SQL databases, such as MySQL and PostgreSQL would be most helpful
Experience working with support ticketing and tracking systems
Familiarity with Continuous Integration and automated testing
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center (post-COVID-19).
Minimum 2+ years experienced Employees specializing in software Applications’ Support for End-Users or equivalent.
