You step into our IT delivery area, Digital Customer Excellence, where we develop IT solutions in close collaboration with our 'Group Marketing and Sales' and 'Group Service' organization. We strive to deliver world class IT solutions that supports Grundfos Digital presence accordingly to our customer needs in line with our IT strategies. The position is based in Ortigas, Pasig City, and you refer to IS Manager, René Lehmann Pultz Knudsen.

We constellate approximately 700 people working with IT as a full-time profession, enabling Grundfos digital needs in anything from ERP solutions, like finance and production, to digital self service solutions faced towards customers. We work closely together to deliver globally and across many different cultures and ways of working. What is the job about?
You will be joining a great team! We are a distributed Scrum team consisting of 10 awesome and committed colleagues who are based in either Grundfos Bjerringbro or Grundfos Manila. We work in a busy, but fun and very collaborative environment with a strong focus on teamwork. Our team is called the "Configure" team. We have been working together as a Scrum team since March 2020, responsible for the Grundfos group products selection, sizing, configuration, and self-service.
In our team, you will have the role of IT Business Consultant and your main areas of responsibility will be:
Business requirements: You have the ability to translate technical complexity into easily understandable user stories. You hold IT business requirements analysis skills. You can break down business requirements into technical tasks
Communication: Effective communication and presentation/demo skills in English.
Documentation: You have experience in documenting everything from user stories to technical complex requirements. You know the principles of Unified Modelling Language, User Story mapping and how to produce functional mock-ups/wireframe
Co-ordination: Create overviews, communicate, and align expectations with other teams, operations, and stakeholders
Collaboration: You will collaborate within our team, with Product Owners across teams and the organization (e.g., in cross-functional Communities of Practice)
Who you are
Preferably, you have a university degree, which focuses on business processes and IT, enabling you to understand the processes and currents in a sales area.
On a personal level, you are positive, outgoing, and excited to share your knowledge as well as to take new input. We welcome you to challenge the way we do things. You are persistent and do not give up when the going gets tough and stakeholder landscapes are complex. Finally, you are team player at heart, you like networking and are good at connecting people.
When it comes to the technical skill set, we use a variety of technologies in supporting the applications in our product portfolio. We are not looking for a specialist who has the specific knowledge of all the technologies we use, but a generalist with technical flair and preferably knowledge and experience in working with all or some of these areas:
ERP: Knowledge of what an ERP is and how it works, preferably SAP S/4 Hana
Database: Knowing how to access databases and create overview/understanding across systems, preferably SQL
CMS (Content Management System): Knowledge of what a CMS is and how enterprise solutions work, preferably Adobe Experience Management. Experience around personalization on CMS solutions
Collaboration Tools: Knowledge in Jira, Miro and ServiceNow
Version Control: Knowledge in Git, Bitbucket or similar - ability to navigate through commits and merge
Project Management skills: Experience in managing the entire development cycle of digital projects
Architect skills:
o Experience in performing delivery area Architecture
o Experience in complex application consultancy
o Experience in facilitating continuous growth in business efficiency and usage of core applications
o Experience in driving vendor engagement for understanding for understanding their roadmap and impact in the solutions
