WHO/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for Amazon Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for completing various tasks for the company's marketing system. The company-developed marketing system helps sellers promote and launch their products on Amazon.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assist with order fulfillment
-Manage Amazon accounts used for the marketing system
-Assist with marketing by writing product descriptions and other marketing materials
-Assist with editorial support by creating content, and proofreading
-Encode details of orders made on Amazon
BASIC REQUIREMENT:
-Computer specs with i3 processor and 8gb of RAM should be good as they will be accessing lots of google sheets and some tools needed to get the tasks done.
NOT REQUIRED BUT WOULD BE A GREAT ASSET:
We don't necessarily require any Amazon related experience but having an understanding of how Amazon function in general is a plus. We will be training them to be able to fulfill the role still.
WORK HOURS:
Monday to Friday: Must be available to work from 9 AM - 1 PM EST, with the remaining 4 hours of your shift flexible.
Minimum of 40 hours per week
