A Swiss-based digital agency specializing in AI-powered SEO strategies, dedicated to enhancing businesses' online visibility, is seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to provide support with SEO audits, client reporting, CRM management, and administrative tasks.Work Hours: 10hours/week (part-time to start); EU working hours
Work Set-Up: Remote (PH-based); Independent Contractor
Monthly Salary: $160-$200Key Responsibilities:
Perform SEO audits using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SurferSEO (training provided).
Format audits and reports according to branded templates.
Maintain CRM systems (HubSpot/GoHighLevel) by updating leads and tracking client status.
Prepare monthly client performance reports and dashboards.
Conduct basic keyword research.
Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Role Requirements:
2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant preferably in marketing setting
Excellent skills in Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Technically adept with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
Detail-oriented and dependable in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Basic understanding of SEO principles is advantageous.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and Perplexity.
