We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile AMAZON ACCOUNT SPECIALIST to be assigned onsite and on a graveyard shift.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Shipping
Inventory Reports: Pull and analyze inventory reports to assess stock levels and identify replenishment needs.
Replenishment Requests: Use critical thinking to create accurate replenishment requests based on sales data and inventory analysis.
Shipping Plans: Create and execute shipping plans from start to finish using Amazon STA
Inventory Reconciliation: Reconcile inventory discrepancies and ensure accurate stock levels across all platforms.
Shipment Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to shipments, including delays, inaccuracies, or damage or creation problems.
Reporting and Analysis
Custom Reports: Create custom reports to track key performance metrics and provide insights into sales and inventory trends.
Data Analysis: Analyze basic data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Buy Box Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve buy box issues to maximize product visibility and sales.
Excel/Google Sheets Proficiency: Utilize functions like XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables to efficiently analyze and manipulate data.
Optimization and Opportunity
Listing Creation: Create and optimize product listings both manually and using bulk files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Amazon standards
Listing Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with product listings to enhance visibility and sales performance
Critical Thinking: Use critical thinking skills to push through issues and work through cases as necessary.
Amazon Cases: Open and manage cases with Amazon, working through resolutions with minimal support.
Appeals and Plans of Action: Write effective appeals and plans of action for account health issues, addressing concerns proactively.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and relevant regulations, such as product safety standards testing.
Customer Service
Basic Customer Service: Manage and resolve basic customer service issues promptly and professionally.
Seller Feedback: Resolve negative seller feedback with minimal support
Review Monitoring: Monitor customer returns and reviews to identify potential product issues. Open cases when necessary to help remove reviews.
Content

Promotions and Deals: Accept and manage deals and promotions through the Amazon console, such as coupons, lightning deals, and brand-tailored promotions.
Qualifications:
Proven and solid experience in SEO and Amazon
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative strategies for product bundles and sales optimization
Adaptable and fast learner, able to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
Ability to handle constructive criticism and feedback with a positive attitude, using it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
Ability to work onsite on a night shift and holidays
Willing to start as soon as possible
