About the Role
 
We're seeking an experienced AI/Data Engineer to help unlock massive growth opportunities within our customer base.
 
You'll work with large volumes of unstructured data across our application and data warehouse to build intelligent systems that identify high-value opportunities and automate engagement strategies.
 
The Challenge
15,000+ daily signups with limited visibility into who they are and what they need
1M+ users in our system with unclear engagement patterns and opportunities
27,000 paid accounts ranging from $20/month to $2,000/month with untapped upsell potential
Unstructured data across multiple systems (Segment, Amplitude, Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake)
Responsibilities:
Analyze massive amounts of unstructured data from both application and Snowflake to identify patterns and opportunities
Build AI agents and automated workflows to solve business problems across GTM functions
Develop propensity models to identify which customers should be prioritized for engagement
Create systems to understand inbound user intent and route them appropriately
Design and implement triggers based on product usage, support tickets, spending patterns, and other telemetry
Continuously iterate and build new agents as business needs evolve (this is not a one-project role)
Must Have Qualifications:
2-4+ years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML, or full-stack engineering with an AI focus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on proficiency with Python and working knowledge of SQL for data access, transformation, and analytics use cases.
Experience working with large-scale unstructured data and designing data pipelines.
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows between SaaS platforms.
Proven ability to connect third-party tools, CRMs, and data sources into unified intelligent systems.
Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and orchestration platforms (OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability-eagerness to explore emerging AI tooling and learn rapidly.
Good to Have Qualifications:
Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks for agentic AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Exposure to vector databases and embedding search workflows.
