Job description
Provide general administrative and clerical support in the Project Site.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
Perform data entry and scan documents.
Assist in resolving any administrative problems within the site.
Run company's errands related to Project Site in behalf of Main Office.
Answer calls from internal/ external customer.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments.
Maintain office supplies for Project Site.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Graduate of any 4 years course (preferably Business Courses/Management/Accountancy/Human Resources).
At least 1year work experience in related field.
Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point, MS Excel and MS Outlook is a must.
Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills.
Good research skills and attention to detail.
