JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Responsible for scheduling and managing the Operations Manager’s calendar including prioritizing and resolving related conflicts and competing demands, proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external parties, and maintaining an organized office.
Supports and coordinates meeting arrangements including teleconferences and minute taking is required.
Performs general clerical duties that include but not limited to; transcribing dictations, scanning, copying, emailing, filing, and data entry. Receives mail or packages addressed to the company.
Performs other duties as required and/or assigned from time to time.
To assist with processing of legal matters and company papers.
To assist with sourcing and negotiation with contractors
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
JOB QUALIFICATION
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or the equivalent;
Computer proficient with experience with Google Suites
Highly analytic, attentive to details, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and can work with minimal supervision;
With Above average written and verbal communication skills;
At least 1-year experience in the same position is required.
Willing to work onsite in Makati;
Can work Monday to Saturday
